Super Spellers is the first ever spelling contest on BBS. There are 15 teams competing from schools in Thimphu. The mid level school contestants are in
classes 7 and 8.
The teams have been pooled in groups A, B, C and D through a pool draw
done by teachers and representatives of the competing schools. 4 teams
will advance to the semi finals and eventually 2 teams will compete in the
finals.
A grand trophy, certificates and attractive prizes will be awarded to the
winning team and runners up. Certificates and a gift hamper will be given
to the rest of the teams.
Super Spellers airs every week on Sunday at 5 PM on BBS TV. You can also
catch Super Spellers on BBS Radio, Saturday at 11:20 AM.
