PDP President

March 27: The President of the People’s Democratic Party Sangay Ngedup offered his Tashi Delek to Druk Phuensum Tshogpa and said PDP will fully support the governing party.

He said he was surprised by the election result but the people have made their choice.

He said People’s Democratic Party will respect the choice made by the people with dignity and humility and serve the people as the opposition.

He said his party will work closely with DPT to realize the noble objectives of Their Majesties the kings.

The PDP President asked his party candidates, members, and supporters not to lose hope. He said PDP is here to stay.

He said they will all work together to strengthen the People’s Democratic Party so that they can contest the next election.
