February 26: The Trongsa-Zhemgang highway is closed to traffic following a block at Reotala.

The road block according to the executive engineer in Zhemgang was caused by falling boulders since yesterday.

The road there is steep and the department of roads is working on making the road less steep. Although falling of major boulders have stopped, the highway cannot be open to traffic as small boulders continue to fall.

The block according to the executive engineer will continue for the next one week.
