March 24: 253,012 voters or 79.4% of the registered voters voted in the National Assembly election.

The polls opened at 9AM and closed at 5PM. 318,465 voters registered for the National Assembly elections. Of that 161,169 are female voters and 157,296 are male voters.

The Gelephu constituency under Sarpang dzongkhag has the highest number of registered voters with 11,803 registered voters.

Goenkhatoe-Laya constituency under Gasa dzongkhag has the lowest with 768 voters.
